Annie Totten, Founder and Executive Director of Generation WE

Annie Totten is the Founder and Executive Director of Generation WE, a nonprofit dedicated to creating a more inclusive future for all children. Originally from San Diego, California, Annie worked in corporate retail before founding her own retail company. In 2018, she relocated from California to Charlotte with her husband and three children. She was inspired by her oldest child, who lives with cerebral palsy, to launch Generation WE in 2023. Annie passionately believes that every child has a story to tell and that the beauty in humanity lies in our differences.
